Perfect Community of Santongsuai Co., Ltd. (“Santongsuai”, “we”) coordinates cosmetic surgery and aesthetic treatments in South Korea for Thai and international clients. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. It is written in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and South Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
1. What we collect
- Contact details — name, phone number, email, LINE ID, and social accounts you use to reach us.
- Coordination details — procedures you are interested in, preferred travel dates, approximate budget, and hospitals or clinics you want to consider.
- Health information — photos of the area you want assessed, previous procedures, medical conditions, medications, allergies, and other information a hospital needs for a preliminary assessment. We collect this only with your explicit consent.
- Travel documents — a passport copy only after a hospital appointment is confirmed and it is required for foreign-patient registration or accommodation, plus flight and accommodation details.
- Website usage — cookies, pages visited, device and browser information, via tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
2. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange a preliminary assessment with partner hospitals.
- To coordinate appointments, interpreters, accommodation, travel and post-procedure follow-up.
- To send promotions or updates you have asked for. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
- To improve our website and services.
We never sell your data and never use it for purposes other than those listed here.
3. Who we share it with
- Partner hospitals and clinics in South Korea you choose to consult, for case assessment and scheduling.
- Partner hospitals in Thailand, such as Piyavate Hospital, if you use follow-up or aftercare services.
- Accommodation, transport and interpreter providers, limited to what the booking requires.
- Service providers for data storage, messaging and website analytics.
Sending data to South Korea is an international transfer. We send only what is necessary and only after you have consented.
4. How long we keep it
- Contact and coordination details: for the duration of service and up to 3 years after your case closes.
- Health information and photos: deleted within 1 year after your case closes, or immediately on request.
- Passport copies: deleted within 30 days after your return.
- Enquiries that do not become cases: deleted within 1 year of last contact.
5. Your rights
You may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or object to processing at any time via the contacts below. We respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, but may mean we cannot continue coordinating your case.
6. Security
Access is limited to team members working on your case. We use encrypted systems for transfer and storage and have confidentiality agreements with partner hospitals.
7. Cookies
We use cookies to remember your language, analyse usage and measure advertising. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work fully.
8. Minors
Our services are for clients aged 20 and over. Younger clients require a parent or guardian to consent and take part in every step.

Updates will be posted on this page with a new date.
